Suzan Fallah
Kinesiologist, Rehab Assistant

Suzan is a highly experienced former physiotherapist graduated from Tehran university, Iran in 1987, with extensive expertise in treating musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. She moved to Canada in 2007 and began her career as a registered kinesiologist with Alberta kinesiology association and rehabilitation assistant, working with various rehabilitation companies.
Driven by a desire to provide exceptional care, Suzan founded Patriot Rehab Ltd. in 2008. Her company was established to support clients covered by ICBC and WSBC, helping them through their recovery process with personalized care plans.
Suzan has a particular passion for working with senior clients, especially those facing mobility and neurological challenges. Her dedication to improving the quality of life for her clients is the cornerstone of her practice, and she continues to build on her extensive knowledge to offer the best care possible.
Suzan is serving Tri-Cities North and West Vancouver.
Rachel Dinoff
Occupational Therapist

Rachel graduated from Queen’s University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and in 2019 with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Rachel’s clinical experience includes community mental health and substance use, acquired brain injury and spinal cord injury rehab, as well as inpatient stroke and musculoskeletal rehab. She has worked on multidisciplinary teams in hospital and community settings. She has formal training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Rachel is passionate about taking a client-centered, recovery approach to treatment, with the ultimate goal of supporting and empowering people to improve their quality of life. Rachel is based in Vancouver and serves clients in the Greater Vancouver area.
